Putney Rotary’s 100th Birthday – 1920’s Dinner Dance
Thank you for celebrating our centenary with us!
We had a fabulous band, a wonderful auctioneer in Rotarian Trevor, and lots of donated prizes for the raffle, auction and silent auction. A huge thank you to everyone who made the evening such a superb success.

JOIN US FOR A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Putney Rotary Club is celebrating in style at Le Gothique’s Baronial Great Hall in Wandsworth, celebrating being 100 years young.
We have served for a century in local community and abroad, and that’s something our Putney community can be proud of.
On the 28th January 1925, the inaugural meeting of Putney Rotary Club was held…. learn more about our Club History…and every day we are adding to it. “People of Action” we have all pledged to be.
This special night 27th January 2025 is our 100th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION, and we’re so please you’re celebrating with us.
Includes a live band with dancing, a delicious three-course meal with 1/2 bottle complementary wine per person (please let us know if no alcohol, so we can replace with soft drinks instead) and coffee to round off the meal.
If you’d like to bring a raffle prize, please do so.
Auction Prizes
* A beautiful painting by well known artist Alan Furneaux, kindly donated by Wimbledon Fine Art and Stafford Gallery.
* Whale Fluke sculpture kindly donated by award-winning sculptor Graham Anderton.
* TWO tickets worth £300 for Cindy Lauper at the O2 arena kindly donated by Putney Rotarians Paddy & Barry Rowe. Tuesday 11th February 2025.
